Studio Policies
To ensure a safe, productive, and joyful environment for all our families, we maintain the following guidelines and expectations.
Tuition & Payments

Monthly tuition is based on the number of hours a dancer takes per week.
- •
Payments are due by the 5th of each month via the Parent Portal.
- •
A late fee will be applied to accounts not settled by the 10th.
- •
Registration fees and costume deposits are non-refundable.
Attendance & Punctuality
- •
Regular attendance is vital to a dancer's progress and the group's development.
- •
Please notify the studio via email or phone if your dancer will be absent.
- •
Dancers should arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to prepare.
- •
Persistent absences may result in being removed from recital choreography.
Dress Code & Attire
- •
Proper dancewear allows instructors to see body alignment and prevents injury.
- •
Ballet: Solid color leotard, pink tights, and pink leather or canvas ballet shoes.
- •
Additional classes: Dress code will vary based on your child's class and age. An email will be sent prior to the first class.
- •
Hair must be pulled back securely away from the face for all classes.
Studio Etiquette
- •
We foster a positive, supportive environment. Respect for instructors and peers is mandatory.
- •
No food or sugary drinks are allowed in the dance rooms (water only).
- •
Parents are welcome to watch via TV monitoring in the parent waiting room.
- •
Cell phones should be silenced and kept in bags during class time.
