Ms. Lauren grew up in Ballwin, Missouri, where she began taking dance and vocal lessons at the age of three. She is a graduate of Parkway South High School, where she was actively involved in theater, poms, and show choir, further developing her love for performing.

Lauren continued her education at Lindenwood University, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance. During her time there, she trained extensively in ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, tap, and musical theater, while also studying dance history and composition.

After graduating, Lauren knew she was destined to pursue a career in choreography and instruction, with a passion for inspiring others through dance. She began her teaching career where she currently teaches ballet, lyrical, musical theater, jazz, and tap.

Lauren has experience working with dancers of all ages, from young children to adults. Her teaching style is both nurturing and disciplined, creating a supportive environment while encouraging growth and excellence. She strongly believes that the etiquette and life skills gained through dance are just as important as technique, helping to shape confident, well-rounded individuals.
